Delegating Access in GoDaddy

Here is how to provide Delegated Access for GrowthZone to make the DNS changes for you.

 

 

1. Log In to GoDaddy

  • Go to GoDaddy.com

  • Click Sign In and enter your credentials.

2. Go to Account Settings

  • In the upper right corner, click on your profile icon.

  • Choose "Account Settings" from the dropdown.

3. Select “Delegate Access”

  • Under the “Account Settings” menu, click "Delegate Access."

  • You'll be taken to a page that shows who you’ve granted access to and who has granted you access.

4. Invite a Person

  • Click the “Grant Access” button.

  • Fill in:

    • Name

    • Email address (must be the email they use with their GoDaddy account, or they’ll be asked to create one)

  • Select the access level:

    • Products & Domains – They can manage products but can’t purchase or access billing.

    • Domains Only – They can manage domains only.

5. Send Invitation

  • Click Invite.

  • The person will receive an email invitation. Once they accept, they'll be able to manage your account based on the access you provided.

6. Finished
